CORPORATE COLLEGE COORDINATOR

About the Position: The purpose of this position is to develop and deliver specifically designed Management, Leadership and Business Solutions training to local business and industry. These training programs may be conducted on a WITCC campus or at a business location and may be held during the day, evenings and/or weekends. All candidates interviewed will be required to provide a teaching demonstration.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in related field.?
• Work experience in computer applications and soft skills training.?
• Business and Industry Management experience.?
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.?
• Valid driver's license.
Job Responsibilities: •Assess the educational management, leadership and business applications training/consulting needs of local business and industry.?
•Develop, organize and prepare training materials and curriculum; and revise curriculum as necessary to meet training needs.?
•Develop appropriate measures to demonstrate participants meet targeted competencies.?
•Conduct Management, Leadership and Computer Applications training.?
•Coordinate and monitor adjunct trainers and arrange for equipment and supplies as needed.?
•Prepare and monitor budget, tuition structure and progress for each course within WITCC guidelines.?
•Use excellent communication and human relations skills in developing strong relationships with college partners.?
•Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information, maintaining confidentiality.?
Employment Conditions: This is a full-time, grade 8, administrative position with a starting annual wage of $58,460. Benefits include health, dental, long-term disability and group life insurance; retirement, tuition waiver; paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
