The drive into the office allows her to mentally prepare for the day. She thinks about the many candidates she will speak to and wonders how they might fit into GreenPath's mission. She understands that recruiting is not just a job but rather an opportunity to help someone find their niche in a workplace. It is a chance to watch someone develop and shine as an employee.

Her mind wanders on the drive. Not too long ago, Nikki remembers being a candidate. She remembers the uncertainty, the waiting, and the anticipation of finding out if she was chosen for the position. She knows that someone once took a risk on her in hiring her for a position. She also knows that someone saw potential in her. As a recruiter, she is quick to notice the potential in others and desires to see candidates find their sweet spot.

Nikki grabs her Chai Tea Latte from the cup holder and walks into the office, ready to be productive. She checks her calendar first thing and notices she has calls scheduled with 8 different candidates. Excitement builds as she looks at the status of her current openings, 37 new applicants overnight. She reviews the resumes and filters through, looking for only the best of the best. Nikki knows that she plays a valuable role in finding great employees to help GreenPath achieve their vision.

Between calls, NIkki is able to review the latest blog postings and updates related to recruiting. Being proactive is an important part of her position to ensure she does not miss out on top talent.

GreenPath's Recruiter is responsible for keeping up with day to day recruiting needs. This includes posting positions as needed, reviewing resumes, setting up phone screens, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Our ideal candidate would be high energy, with the ability to multi-task and move quickly through work. And, hey, if you can sing karaoke that's a bonus!


  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3 plus years of recruiting experience, IT recruiting experience preferred.

  • Ability to perform administrative tasks.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • High energy, outgoing.

  • Passion for finding candidates who meet job requirements and GreenPath culture.

  • Continuous learners can get their classroom fix in a couple of different ways. GP team members are eligible for up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement per year. In addition, GP team members can attend courses through Invest in Yourself, an in-house educational program offering training classes on a variety of topics ranging from Cash Flow Planning to Microsoft Excel to Stress Management.
