The Field Service Technician 2 will be responsible for CT/MR service in the Metro Chicago area by performing general service, planned maintenance, updates and installation.

Candidate must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent and strong computer skills including: IT connectivity, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook programs. In addition, this position requires strong verbal/ written communication and organizational skills, as well as technical servicing knowledge of the CT and MR modalities. Requires strong technical skills in analog-digital electronics.

This position requires flexibility in work schedules. In the first year of employment, it is anticipated that up to 75% of time will be spent in formal training in our Technical Development Centers in Cary, NC or in Germany. Available shifts are 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

A valid/current driver’s license and valid passport are also required.
