Wafer Fab Production Planner/Scheduler

Wafer Fab Production Planner/Scheduler:

* Translate Customer Demand into Optimized Fab Build Plans via Firming Process
* Work closely with Master Scheduling to identify and meet all customer requirements
* Analyze silicon inventory levels and suggest improvements
* Accurately and Efficiently prepare weekly, monthly, & quarterly Management reports
* Work with Engineering to schedule starts, maintain log, collect paperwork and track progress of work through the line
* Team Leadership – Serve as an approachable team leader for the Production & Inventory Control group
* Communicate daily production schedules to Fab Supervisors and Managers
* Process documentation and training – Develop and provide training to other employees within the Materials department
* Auditing – Audit schedules, factory performance to schedule, and Wafer Prep adherence to schedule
* Cross-train in other department functions
* Assist in cost-savings initiatives

* Must possess Meticulous attention to detail
* 4-year college Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related area is Required.
* CPIM or CSCP preferred
* Previous experience in an office setting desired; Semiconductor or Manufacturing Experience Preferred
* Advanced level MS Office skills are Required (especially MS Excel & MS Access)
* Strong computer, database, and systems skills (SAP, Oracle APS, I-2, Vision, AMAPS, SPN, MS Access preferred)
* Strong analytical, organizational, & communication skills required
* High level of creativity
* Excellent time management skills required
* Knowledge of MPS, MRP and other SCM functions preferred (>2-years)
* Strong team player
* Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of high initiative
* Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
