Software Developer

The Software Developer is responsible for the complete development cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis, project planning and coordination, to implementation and deployment. You will work closely with our internal customers, as do all of our developers, to train, educate, and create user documentation that support their efforts in improving efficiencies and our business model. Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Prefer a degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or related field
• No less than three (3) years of experience with Java or other high-level object-oriented software programming experience
• No less than two (2) years of designing, developing and troubleshooting data communications software and systems
• No less than one (1) year of requirements gathering, analysis, and testing and control system or software design, including hardware and software development, implementation, and deployment
• No less than one (1) year of experience providing customer support, education and development of software systems
• No less than one (1) year of experience developing business process automation or workflow software
• No less than two (2) years of experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong verbal communication skills and excellent written communication skills
• Understanding of higher level math theory including algorithm analysis and binary/hex arithmetic
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Valid driver’s license with favorable motor vehicle report
• Ability to obtain and maintain a passport
