Resourcing Coordinator

The Talent Delivery team in the SSC provides a range of talent and resourcing services to the markets and functions. This team coordinates end to end delivery, manages records, and provides management reports required by In Market HR and the CoE, related to Talent and Resourcing activity.

Role Purpose

The Resourcing Coordinators in the Talent Delivery Team are responsible for supporting the end to end resourcing process.

Key Activities of this role:

§ Receives the line manager forms requesting a recruitment activity
§ Opens a requisition in Brassring and manages the end to end on-line process for the activity
§ Notifies the sourcing team of a new role where appropriate
§ Responsible for the application process from beginning to end, including candidate responses and experience
§ Collates and sends internal candidates for roles posted internally
§ Manages communications with candidates, hiring managers and HRBPs around the Resourcing process – scheduling kick-off meetings, interviews, and debrief meetings
§ Schedules interviews for candidates and communicates with them on an ongoing basis.
§ Manages all travel/logistics for candidate interviews
§ Carries out pre-employment checks
§ Closes the requisition on Brassring and completes the New Hire form in BrassRing to trigger offer letter and onboarding process.
§ Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and integrates with Continuous Improvement team on actions related to resourcing
§ Produces and supplies on request and as standard reports and statistical information
§ Resolves Contact Center escalations and queries where appropriate for resourcing


Key Criteria to be successful in this role

§ Superior organisational skills and capabilities

§ Understands and has a deep knowledge of Resourcing Process and associated policies, procedures and practices and advises on them

§ Expert in the use of Brassring and associated resourcing technology

§ Ability to analyse, interpret and use data

§ Attention to detail and strong customer service ethic

§ Working knowledge of all components of the HR Operating Model – Centres of Expertise, In-Market HR and Service Delivery with the ability to clearly articulate the business rationale for each

§ Most be fluent in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
