Mature-age Workers Pessimistic Over Future

FIFTY-year-olds are still perceived as being past their sell-by date in the workforce, even though they add value to a company through their past work experience.
A survey by career management firm Linkme.com.au found that nearly three-quarters of Australians believe that by the age of 50 finding new employment is almost impossible.
