Researches, selects, and drives the development of employee benefits and wellness communication products and deliverables. Develops strategies and solutions with key internal stakeholders and external partners, in addition to supporting employer-based initiatives company wide. Supports key initiatives by putting the customers first, caring about people, and helping teams succeed.



  • Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive benefits communications strategy, plan, and calendar aimed at Driving a Culture of Healthcare Consumerism

  • Create, implement, and maintain a comprehensive wellness strategy, plan, and calendar aimed at Driving a Culture of Wellness

  • Participates in projects that are key to the development and implementation of employer-based strategy

  • Works closely with internal and external partners for the creation communications solutions

  • Prepares analysis, graphics and presentations as appropriate to identify potential strategic opportunities and facilitate leadership in understanding method and process change required to achieve results

  • Develops and produces accurate and timely routine and communications and reports

  • Provides software demonstrations and training to internal partners and external customers as necessary

  • Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data on the competitive market and macro environment of population health

  • Assists or leads day-to-day delivery of established programs with valuable input to support the company’s initiatives

  • Develops and facilitates educational programs (i.e. courses, workshops, special events, and interactive booths) to support Driving a Culture of Wellness

  • Provides knowledge, expertise and recommendations regarding various employee health issues and behavior change strategies

  • Supports and develops processes that minimize manual work, waste, or inefficiencies.

  • Supports Tuition Reimbursement as well as other wellness related reimbursement programs


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Communications

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate benefits/wellness environment

  • Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
