KPMG is currently seeking a Team Assistant to join our Washington National Tax organization.


  • Upload documents to the Share Point portal and input metadata
  • Assist with logistics for national and local office training sessions including shipping materials
  • Input and tag articles and newsletters into Communications Center (Share Point based) and other platforms
  • Perform basic research using internal and external resources
  • Monitor Outlook mailboxes, assist with word processing, and convert documents to PDF
  • Handle a variety of clerical duties to support the Tax Knowledge Management team including travel and conference room reservations


  • Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience; preferably in a professional services environment on a knowledge management team
  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint Site Administration skills, document uploading and tagging preferred
  • Strong communication, customer relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new skills
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
