KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Training Deployment to join our Audit Business School organization.


  • Provide onsite support for classroom deliveries, including interacting with KBS Audit team, facilitators and learners, Events & Meetings, Learning Operations and other cross-functional groups
  • Provide support for mailbox inquiries and pursue timely resolutions
  • Prepare and distribute attendee notifications and other key communications
  • Oversee the production, inventory, organization and timely delivery of classroom materials and supplies
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for instructors and staff; prepare and lead various deployment related meetings and activities
  • Organize facilitator's schedules and manage logistical questions from instructors, staff and participants


  • Minimum of two years of experience in Learning & Development or meeting event coordination
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to effectively work with any business levels and meet client expectations
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking, organization, and results oriented skills, ability to make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to ten percent
