Mindful and Modern Therapy for ABA is Therapy Clinic that offers ABA, SPL, OT to students in the Indianapolis area within Montessori school, Maria Montessori International Academy. Maria Montessori is celebrating 20 years and is backed by a team of professionals with decades of experience working with individuals with autism in a variety of settings and expertise in the Montessori philosophies. MMT will offer an interdisciplinary approach to evidence-based, naturalistic interventions for young children with autism in a beautiful Montessori environment.

We are currently seeking Behavior Analysts to join our amazing team! Our ideal candidates are passionate professionals looking to take their career to the next level in a non-traditional therapy environment.

  • Develop a variety of programs based on individual client assessments

  • Create individualized behavior plans for each client based on behavior goals

  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust program as needed

  • Complete assessments as needed and reports results accurately

  • Write Individualized Treatment Plans for each client based on assessment results

  • Manage a caseload of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Complete 6 month progress reports including re-assessment of skills

  • Participate in parent team meetings

  • Participate in family training as needed

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as needed

  • Supervise and train behavior therapists on therapy implementation.

  • Provide competency assessments and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians as required by the BACB

  • Adhere to all ethical standards as required by the BACB and MMT policies

  • Supervise Therapist who are pursuing Masters in Austism

  • Attend and lead a variety of all team meetings and trainings as required

  • Flexible and willing to adjust to change as program grows and develops

  • Requirements:

  • Hold a current BCBA certification

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or other related degrees

  • License:

  • BCBA Certification (Required)

  • Additional Experience:

  • BCBA: 3 -5 years (Preferred)

  • Montessori knowledge (Preferred), but not required
