BILINGUAL HR GENERALIST/RECRUITER

Summary: Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for manufacturing, technical, management positions throughout the Company. Champions recruitment efforts across the company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company and extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





  • Main point of contact for campus recruiting across the company.


  • Manages employee referral program company-wide.


  • Utilizes creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates. Coordinates internal sourcing and posting procedures.


  • Creates requisitions for new and replacement positions.


  • Manages the recruiting and onboarding process for management trainees.


  • Works closely with third party ATS vendor to make changes and updates to the system.


  • Analyzes sourcing trends to focus efforts on attracting top talent.


  • Verifies employment applications, examines work history, education and training through background checks.


  • Coordinates pre-employment testing.


  • Works with management to determine necessary KSA's for open positions.


  • Coordinates interviews with management team.


  • Trains management staff on proper interviewing techniques.


  • Acts as liaison with recruitment agencies.


  • Manages the transition from candidate to employee by linking with the appropriate HR team member responsible for onboarding the new employee.




Qualifications:



  • Preferred Payroll/HRIS/ATS experience with ADP products


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred


  • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information


  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, and government regulations.


  • Education and/or Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred and/or 5+ years' experience


  • Bilingual-English and Spanish


  • Reasoning Ability:



  • Analytical skills


  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:



  • PHR, SPHR preferred
