Triangle Communications seeks a Customer Experience Manager responsible for training, guiding, monitoring, and managing all activities of the Customer Experience workgroup. Ensure adequate resources and authorities are given to effectively accomplish optimum customer service goals for the cooperatives. This position will work within the companies to further enhance a corporate culture focused on customer experience.

We seek candidates who demonstrate experience working for a local telecommunications provider in a position with progressive responsibilities successfully leading and directing workgroups. Experience with interpreting and applying telecommunications tariffs, laws and regulations preferred.
