Ballard Spahr has a terrific opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional with excellent research and analytical skills to join our marketing team in the Philadelphia office. As part of a small, hands-on collaborative team reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, this position is responsible for administering and producing marketing related podcasts, managing the firm website, and crafting other digital marketing solutions. Other essential functions include formatting and managing the sending of electronic communications using the Firm's email campaign management system, Vuture, and posting communication-related content to the web site using the Firm's website content management system, Sitecore. Further, the Coordinator will provide support for each system to enforce standards promoting quality of content and best practices. Data systems include, but are not limited to: CRM (InterAction), SharePoint, CMS (SiteCore), and FileSite. In addition, the Coordinator will work with others on the Marketing Technology team to develop in-depth analytics related to marketing technology systems to allow attorneys and marketing professionals to better formulate business development strategies.

Previous experience in a law firm or other professional services firm preferred. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
