Job Summary

FLIK is looking for a highly coordinated e-commerce manager to oversee the company’s e-commerce platform. The E-commerce Manager will be the responsible for overseeing and managing the Direct to Consumer arm for FLIK Hospitality Group in its entirety, which includes but not limited to: website management, social media management, research and development, weekly financials and inventory, and marketing. They will handle management, coordination, and development for the areas outlined below and report into the Marketing Manager. This individual is an essential asset to the overall FLIK Hospitality Group brand and experience. This is an opportunity to be a part of creating a successful brand extension for FLIK into a new market and establish it as a lasting asset to FLIK. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapts and prioritizes with agility, using practical multitasking skills
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of an e-commerce platform, including software integrations, merchant and retailer relationships
  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
  • Conduct inventory, process sales and run the financials weekly
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store
  • Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms
  • Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field 
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of web design and web analytics
  • Strong marketing and tech background
  • Experience managing owned media channels of social, websites, and customer communication.
  • Food service background preferred
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines and effectively prioritize and meet a consistent flow of deliverables  
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written), professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change
  • High level of attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer service orientation
