Responsibilities

Summary:

The Manager, Training & Development, will oversee and deliver curriculum focused on career development, manager training, performance, coaching, and change management. You will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leaders across the company to create a united, integrated approach to learning and development. Additionally, this role will continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the effectiveness and success of all training services offered.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Promoting solutions that are scalable and supporting our Company strategy across all areas of our business.
  • Fostering an innovative learning environment through coaching, mentoring and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Building change management and organization development capability within the broader team.
  • Leading the design, development and administration/implementation of programs designed to cultivate a high impact learning organization across the company.
  • Partnering to develop and lead the implementation of the people development strategy across the organization.
  • Consulting with leaders to identify specific learning needs and interventions to provide solutions and resources that positively impact results.
  • Identifying and establishing tools that assess skills and behaviors that support our ability to maintain and effectively plan a healthy pipeline of leadership and technical talent, lifelong learning, and cultural fit and balance.
  • Conducting needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop a sustainable plan to address gaps.
  • Developing and fully implementing a learning business partner model for consistent training and development across the organization.

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge in the areas of management training, leadership, performance and talent development, culture and change management.
  • Experience designing custom learning/training programs
  • Experience with socializing and presenting analysis, proposals, and strategies to executive leadership with a demonstrated affinity for metrics
  • Proven track record of setting goals, managing complex projects and getting things done effectively and efficiently
  • Strong internal client facing skills with a flexible communication style and the ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills
  • Project management experience managing multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current on digital content strategy trends and tactics to identify opportunities with target audiences and bring fresh ideas to internal teams and clients

Educational / Work Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and employee relations
