OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The Robert E. Lee Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking a full time Office Administrator. Primary duties include the daily operational support of the district's programs, administrative and fiscal assistance to the board of directors, maintains financial records, prepares district correspondence, quarterly and year-end reports. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently and be willing to attend training applicable to the position. Knowledge of agriculture helpful. A two year degree in accounting, bookkeeping and business and/or equivalent experience is required. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Six month probationary period. Salary will be based upon qualifications and experience.
