Office Manager

Holy Cross Church in Youngwood, PA is seeking a full time Office Manager to support the Parish. Responsibilities include maintaining all financial records for the Parish, performing all administrative duties such as typing, copying, and filing, and providing general information to visitors and parishioners in a professional and courteous manner.

High School diploma or equivalent;
Associate or other related post-secondary degree or certification preferred
Previous experience in office administration
Previous experience in financial record keeping/knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and functions
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
All Clearance required by the Diocese must be obtained prior to start of employment
