Job Description

These production positions are necessary to perform the operations required to complete the boot manufacturing process.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• May also be required to pass a pulmonary function test.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• The job requires you to stand for 8 hours (and may require a longer period of standing if OT is required) each day that you work.
• The job requires you to bend, twist, push, pull and lift up to 12 lbs or more depending on the job position.
• The job requires you to work overtime (sometimes with little or no notice) and some Saturdays.

Prepares and completes warehouse orders for pickup according to the schedule. Receives and processes warehouse stock products. Performs warehouse inventory controls and keeps quality standards high for audits.
• Must be able to operate a fork truck, reach truck, and an order picker.
• Must have accurate counting skills and use a computer to enter orders.
• Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• May be subject to a criminal background check.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
