Program Manager III is a management level position that assists with oversight and management of the maintenance and administration for the City’s Municipal Utilities Department. The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Assistant Director and be responsible for project coordination, budget preparation, and supporting workforce development and training, as well as preparation of City Council and committee agenda items.

Public Works Maintenance Worker II

$3,641.00 - $ 4,449.26/month Closes September 6, 2019 at 5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications



Possession of a High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience in park and public works infrastructure maintenance work at a level equivalent to the City's Public Works Maintenance Worker I class. Possession of an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in horticulture, industrial technology, or a closely related field may be substituted for the experience outlined above.

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid California Class C driver's license. 

  • Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and perform sustained heavy physical labor.

  • Must be willing to work out of doors in all weather conditions, to work with exposure to traffic and to work overtime and off hours shifts in emergency situations.

  • Possession of a California Class "A" driver's license is desirable.
