Program Manager (Capital Improvement)
This position will lead Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority through the final stages of a Consent Administrative Order (CAO) by managing various collection system and facility projects that will mitigate wet weather overflows.
Duties & responsibilities include: project planning, budgeting, cost estimating, plan and spec developing, bidding, construction administration,? project performance. Will lead teams of in-house staff, consultants, and construction contractors. Civil Engineer, PE and supervisory experience required.
