The Hotel Colorado is looking for exceptional employees for the following positions:

• Restaurant Servers – AM and PM – Part Time
• Banquet Servers – On Call
• Host(ess)/Bussers – Part Time
• Line Cook – AM and PM – Full Time
• General Maintenance – Full Time
• Guest Services Agent – Full Time


Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Coordinates activities of dining room staff; monitors efficiency of workflow and service to guests.  

· Answers phone in a courteous and professional manner; schedules dining reservations. 

· Meets and greets guests promptly, courteously, and graciously, addressing guests by name whenever possible 

· Escorts guests to tables and provides menus. 

· Develops and maintains a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, daily specials, and what is not available. 

Line Cook

· Cooks food items in quantities according to menu and number of persons served. 

· Prepares cold items by menu. 

· Adheres to standard plate presentation. 

· Washes dishes as needed. 

· Cuts meat.
