The Learning Innovation Catalyst (LINC) is looking for a dynamic, hard-working sales administrator to support our highly successful field sales team. Working closely with that team, the Administrator will pitch and close new school clients- working on small school deals via inside sales. The Administrator will also work with the sales team to complete necessary tasks for closing team sales, including creation of quotes, contracts, and processing of purchase orders. This is an entry level sales role that could help shape a career path, inside the company and beyond.


  • Support the field sales team by updating the CRM, preparing proposals/quotes, sending contracts, and recording purchase orders.

  • Run reports and share data needed for the weekly sales and marketing forum.

  • Follow up on marketing-qualified leads to support district prospecting.

  • Pitch buyers through video-conference-based meetings and product demos (training, collateral, and equipment provided).

  • Close business by working with school/district leaders, purchasing, and accounts payable staff.
