links directly to the employers own job website.
All of the jobs are up to date based on the employers
own website.
Just follow this simple, step-by-step process
of becoming an attractive diversity candidate

looking for you!

Q: What is the benefit of updating my resume on diversityworking.com?
A:
Employers from diversity friendly companies
have access to our database of resumes. They are
constantly scanning through our database to find
the perfect candidate for their next opening.
Q: How will I know the latest job openings?
A:
After logging in to your myDiversity account,
at the left side of the screen, simply click on
"search jobs" At the center view, you
have two search options: either search within
metropolitan states, or search all U.S. states
for the latest job openings. Select the place,
industry group, and keywords (e.g. Engineering,
Journalism, Programming) Click on search, and
it will generate the search results.
At the bottom of the search results, you will
see the link which says "add to agent"
This will introduce you to your friendly "job
search agent", who will constantly update
and remind you about the latest job openings following
the keywords you entered in your search. The job
search agent will regularly email you about the
latest openings, and it can link you directly
to the corporate website and submit your resume
there.
