Key Responsibilities Partner Relations:Act as the primary liaison for VestRight, Allied Land, and Agent/Broker Referral Partners, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.Develop and nurture relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration and maximize referral opportunities.Manage inbound partner inquiries and outreach efforts to grow the referral pipeline.Collaborate with the Community Engagement Manager to align partners with initiatives and strengthen their engagement in the community.Track and analyze partner interactions to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.Land Acquisition Coordination:Serve as the primary contact for potential sellers, engaging with pre-vetted leads via phone and text to assess property qualifications.Schedule and conduct Land Valuation appointments, using persuasive communication to build rapport and generate seller interest.Manage and schedule Offer Review Calls with Acquisition Managers, ensuring a smooth seller transition through the acquisition process.Educate sellers on the benefits of partnering with Allied, guiding them through the acquisition pipeline toward competitive offers.Act as a liaison between marketing, acquisitions, and underwriting, providing valuable feedback to enhance the seller experience.Inbound Lead & Cold Call Oversight:Oversee and manage the relationship with our cold call agency, ensuring alignment with acquisition goals.Handle inbound communications from organic leads and direct mail responses, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and acquisition processes for continuous improvement.Operational Excellence:Maintain accurate seller and partnership records in the CRM for seamless tracking and follow-up.Monitor key performance metrics, such as acquisition success rates and partner-generated referrals, to identify trends and opportunities.Generate regular reports and insights for leadership on partnership engagement, acquisition performance, and operational effectiveness.Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects to enhance overall efficiency and success.Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in sales, acquisition, business development, partner relations, or customer service.Experience in land acquisitions, real estate, or working for a builder preferred.Experience participating in networking events, webinars, or community engagement initiatives is highly beneficial.Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with sellers, partners, and internal teams.Strong sales acumen, with hands-on experience in lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal conversion.Proactive relationship management skillsability to nurture, maintain, and grow partnerships with referral sources and external stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking communications, and ensuring effective follow-up.Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Monday.com, or similar) for tracking leads, partner interactions, and performance metrics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess seller/partner needs and optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.Ability to work collaboratively across departments (Marketing, Underwriting, Acquisitions, Community Engagement) to ensure seamless communication and process alignment.Familiarity with cold call lead generation, inbound lead management, and referral-based sales strategies is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-communication environment with shifting priorities.Results & ImpactSuccess in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively coordinate land acquisitions and strengthen partner relationships, directly contributing to the growth and success of Allied Development LLC.
