Job descriptionWere looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our Eldon location. The AGM will support the General Manager (GM) in all aspects of dispensary operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, uphold company standards, and drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the GM in overseeing daily dispensary operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance.Lead, train, and develop a team of budtenders and keyholders.Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of engagement and education.Monitor and enforce Missouri cannabis regulations and company policies.Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff.Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolution.Help drive sales goals and execute marketing initiatives.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment.Act as the GM when needed.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of retail management experience (Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required).Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry (or willingness to learn).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain a Missouri Facility Agent Card.Passion for cannabis education and customer service.BenefitsDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountVision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Why Join Latitude?Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 – $19.50 per hour)Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companyEmployee discounts on Latitude productsSupportive and collaborative team environmentJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person-Eldon, MOEmail your resume to [email protected]
