**Responsibilities:**- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients- Record and monitor client progress through data collection- Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals- Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families**Requirements:**- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, not required**Please Note:** We do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process in accordance with federal regulations.If you are passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential and are committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for the RBT/Behavior Therapist position at Pair With ABA.
