Hiring Bookkeeper at Mike Douglass Plumbing, Englewood





We are a local plumbing company looking for a full-time Bookkeeper.  This position will record and maintain our company’s financial records.

Following are some of the responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions into QuickBooks
  • Verify that all transactions are entered into QuickBooks appropriately
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
  • Process all accounts receivable
  • Handle company payroll in an accurate and timely manner

The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
  • Extensive experience in QuickBooks
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
