The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing both marketing and transactional campaigns, a deep understanding of Brazes full capabilities, and the technical expertise to integrate Braze seamlessly with our existing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & Management: Design, build, and deploy sophisticated marketing and transactional campaigns using Brazes suite of tools, including email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and Content Cards. Utilize Braze Canvas to create multi-step, automated customer journeys that enhance user lifecycle stages. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and user engagement.Personalization & Segmentation: Leverage Liquid Templating Language to create dynamic and personalized content within messages. Develop and manage advanced user segmentation strategies based on user behaviors, preferences, and demographics for targeted communication.Technical Integration & Data Management: Oversee API-based integrations, webhooks, and data feeds to ensure real-time data synchronization between Braze and other systems. Manage user attributes, custom events, and data models within Braze to support personalized messaging and analytics. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement Braze SDKs across various platforms.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Brazes reporting tools and Currents for data streaming. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights on campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and ROI. Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all communications comply with relevant regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, COPPA, and CCPA. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Braze feature updates to continuously improve campaign strategies. Implement deliverability best practices to maximize message reach and engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, design, and development teams to align messaging strategies with business goals. Collaborate with design teams using tools like Figma to ensure seamless integration of visual assets within Braze campaigns. Lead training sessions and provide guidance on Braze capabilities to internal teams.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA testing of all campaigns and integrations to ensure error-free execution. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign deployment.QualificationsRequired: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Braze in a similar role. Proven expertise in building complex campaigns across multiple channels using Braze. Strong proficiency in Liquid Templating Language for content personalization. Deep understanding of user segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing. Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and managing data flows between systems. Proficient in HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with Braze Currents and data export processes. Familiarity with mobile and web SDKs. Knowledge of Intelligent Timing and other Braze AI features.
