Experience and expertise in mechanical, construction, and building maintenance are essential qualifications for this role. Conduct weekly inspections of campus facilities to identify issues and prioritize work orders. Assist in creating routine maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. Review and oversee maintenance work performed by campus staff and external vendors. Collaborate in developing long-term capital expenditure plans for campus facilities. Communicate effectively with vendors and staff to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities. Manage the procurement of supplies necessary for the efficient operation of campus facilities. Proficiency in using computers and software applications is required for this position.Hours could vary by week with expected hours to be approx. 15 hours week
