If youre detail oriented, proactive, and love working with people, wed love to meet you! This is a full-time, in-office role (no remote work!).What Youll Do:Assist with client accounts, including opening IRAs, brokerage accounts, billing, and handling required distribution.Engage with clients-whether face-to-face or over the phone- with professionalism and a positive attitude. Take ownership of your work, be accountable for your role, and consistently meet expectations. Work independently, stay proactive, and get job done with little oversight.Maintain a clean, organized office and workspace that reflects our commitment to professionalism and efficiency. Keep things running smoothly by following (and improving!) our internal processes.What Were Looking For:A degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
