Responsible for a smooth transition and integration for new clients, addressing their needs and facilitating a positive client experience.Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding issues, promptly and effectively resolving concerns and accounting and payroll issues.Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, drive communication, improve customer service, and ensure alignment throughout onboarding.Oversee quality assurance and compliance, conducting reviews from the project execution (Kick-off) phase to the client hand-off phase to ensure excellence and consistency in the onboarding process.Develop, deliver, and review strategies to measure the satisfaction of the client and the Client Services Team.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OnRamp (or current tool for managing clients through the Onboarding process); responsible for setup, ongoing management, and training; identify and document opportunities for process improvement. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in client onboarding/implementation, project management, or a related leadership role.Minimum of 4 years of management and supervisory experience.Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Accounting and payroll implementation experience is preferred.Familiarity with onboarding software such as OnRamp or similar platforms.PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Experience in nonprofit, church, or ministry environments is preferred.Experience in writing standard operation procedures and training documentation.Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and CRM platforms.Familiarity with Quickbooks Online, Gusto, Trello, HubSpot, and Bill is a plus.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts.Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening and effective problem-solving.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Driven to support Auxilio’s mission.Here is what you can expect from us: Competitive compensation, health insurance with employer HSA contribution, basic life, dental, and vision.
