What Youll Do: Lead and manage on-site installation crews to ensure job quality and efficiency. Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction. Apply concrete coating systems (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other coatings) with expert precision. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, including surface preparation issues and installation concerns. Train and mentor crew members, ensuring all team members follow proper installation techniques and safety procedures. Oversee job site organization, tool maintenance, and adherence to project timelines. Attend advanced off-site training with industry experts to expand skills and knowledge.What Were Looking For: Proven experience in concrete coatings or a related trade (experience with epoxy/polyaspartic coatings preferred). Strong leadership skills Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain efficiency. Excellent communication Comfortable working with customers and crew members. Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver Ability to troubleshoot and ensure flawless coating installations. Physically Capable Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle equipment.
