Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated Crew Leader to oversee daily job operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient project execution. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on participation in daily tasks.Responsibilities:Organize and review daily job schedules.Oversee equipment loading and ensure all necessary tools are ready.Train, guide, and supervise Crew Technicians for optimal performance.Communicate with clients to clarify job expectations and requirements.Lead and participate in completing assigned tasks.Maintain accurate records, including work hours, job details, and before/after photos.Manage unloading, cleaning, and proper storage of equipment.Ensure equipment maintenance and report any safety hazards.Requirements:Availability MondayThursday, with flexibility for Fridays and weekends as needed.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Valid drivers license and ability to operate trucks and small trailers.Ability to repeatedly lift and carry objects weighing 50 lbs or more for extended periods.Reliable transportation to and from work.Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and work alongside a team.Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to grow within a dynamic work environment.
