Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertigation Lead to oversee irrigation and nutrient delivery within our cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in controlled environment agriculture, a strong understanding of plant nutrition, and the ability to manage fertigation systems to optimize plant health and yield. This role requires hands-on work within an indoor grow facility, ensuring all fertigation tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily fertigation operations, including nutrient mixing, irrigation scheduling, and system maintenance.Monitor and adjust pH, EC, and nutrient levels to ensure optimal plant health and growth.Collaborate with the cultivation team to identify and address plant health concerns related to watering and feeding.Maintain fertigation records and ensure compliance with state regulations.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on irrigation systems to prevent leaks or inefficiencies.Train team members on proper fertigation practices and safety procedures.Assist with general cultivation tasks as needed, including transplanting, pruning, and canopy management.Experience & QualificationsPrevious experience in cannabis cultivation, horticulture, or hydroponic systems preferred.Strong knowledge of fertigation systems, irrigation equipment, and nutrient formulations.Ability to monitor and adjust environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and CO to support plant health.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records for compliance.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insuranceJoin our team and help cultivate top-quality cannabis in a state-of-the-art indoor environment!
