We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cultivation Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis cultivation facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing agricultural or cultivation operations, and a passion for optimizing plant production. This role requires hands-on management of staff, facility equipment, and regulatory compliance while fostering a productive and compliant work environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee daily cultivation facility operations, ensuring all tasks align with company goals and regulatory requirements.Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure efficiency and compliance.Manage and maintain cultivation equipment, irrigation systems, and facility infrastructure to optimize plant health and productivity.Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations, including METRC tracking and adherence to all seed-to-sale requirements.Monitor and maintain plant health, identifying potential issues related to pests, nutrients, or environmental factors.Implement and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Oversee inventory management, including cultivation supplies, nutrients, and facility equipment.Develop staff training programs to ensure best practices in cultivation techniques and compliance procedures.Analyze operational data and provide reports on production, compliance, and efficiency improvements.Assist in facility expansion projects, troubleshooting challenges, and adapting to changes in regulations or production goals.Email your resume to [email protected]
