Customer Experience Representatives are responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. You WillBe responsible for communicating with our customers via email and digital platforms regarding online orders, issues, and experiences.Report on customer experience performance, monitoring and tracking all customer concerns.
