Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll interact directly with both new and existing subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, or in-person.
– Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and account management.
– Perform first-level troubleshooting for internet and telephony issues.
– Offer excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
– Strong computer and telephone skills.
– Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced office.
– Knowledge of Internet/telephony systems and the SECV Sunbury geographic service area is a plus.
– Two years of related experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
