We are seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.Position Overview:As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a Utopia Ambassador and play a vital role in managing front-of-house operations with a strong focus on customer service, sales, and marketing. Youll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and the best possible experience. This role also involves working closely with our coaches and team to promote Utopias offerings and help grow our community.Key Responsibilities:Sales Assistance: Utilize our proven Sales Success System to sell memberships and promote our programs.Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media content, and assist in planning and coordinating campaigns.Customer Engagement: Conduct telephone inquiries, lead studio tours, and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members.Front Desk Management: Greet members and guests, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized lobby area.Member Support: Assist with onboarding new members, respond to inquiries, and ensure member satisfaction.Collaboration: Work closely with coaches and other team members to ensure seamless operations and member experiences.
