We are looking for a motivated and experienced Detailing Technician/Crew Leader to join our team at Top Dog Detailing in Stephens City, VA. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, detailing vehicles, boats, aircraft, heavy equipment, and RVs. The salary range for this position is $17 to $25 per hour.**Responsibilities:**- Lead a team of detailing technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient service delivery- Perform detailing services on a variety of vehicles, boats, aircraft, heavy equipment, and RVs- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality assurance- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies- Communicate effectively with customers and team members**Requirements:**- Previous experience in auto detailing or similar field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Attention to detail and quality- Valid driver’s license- High school diploma or equivalentWe will conduct background checks.
