Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead Development: Build and manage lead lists to identify and pursue wholesale property opportunities.Marketing Strategy: Create, execute, and manage marketing strategies across platforms like social media, email campaigns, and cold calls to drive acquisitions.Team Productivity: Supervise a team of cold callers to ensure maximum productivity and success in generating leads.Property Evaluation: Analyze property potential, utilizing After Repair Value (ARV) knowledge to make informed decisions.Contract Closures: Negotiate and close property purchase contracts efficiently to meet company goals.Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and apply creative problem-solving to enhance marketing and acquisition processes.QualificationsWere looking for a candidate who embraces challenges and thrives in a driven environment.
