We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities:Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas.Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.Dispose of garbage and keep kitchen areas clean, including floors and counters.Assist with food prep or kitchen tasks as needed.Follow all health and safety regulations.Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools in designated areas.Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.Package our retail products for distribution across wholesale, farmers’ markets, and eCommerce channels.Qualifications:No prior experience required; training provided.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Team player with a positive attitude.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Compensation:Hourly pay – $16/hourOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization and support local agriculture.To Apply:Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.Join us in building a sustainable, community-focused regional food system!
