As part of our mission to enhance facility operations and workplace efficiency, we are seeking a Facility Management Analyst to support organizational infrastructure, space planning, and operational coordination.Position OverviewThe Facility Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring efficient facility operations, managing workspace allocation, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance workplace functionality. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including federal agencies, vendors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations & SupportManage customer service tickets, track facility requests, and coordinate issue resolution.Maintain and update workspace allocation spreadsheets, reflecting staff changes (onboarding/offboarding, reassignments).Oversee office supply management and inventory control.Space Planning & ManagementUpdate and maintain office floor plans using AutoCAD to reflect current occupancy and layout changes.Assess and recommend space utilization improvements to optimize efficiency.Coordinate with GSA, tenants, and vendors on building maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.Policy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain facility management policies and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with federal workplace regulations, environmental sustainability initiatives, and safety protocols.Manage office key storage systems and security access controls.Event & Logistics CoordinationProvide facility support for corporate meetings, conferences, and special events.Develop event setup plans, logistics coordination, and post-event assessments.Sustainability & Environmental ProgramsImplement and oversee a facility-wide recycling program in accordance with regulatory requirements.Promote environmentally friendly practices to reduce the organizations carbon footprint.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare monthly reports on facility maintenance, customer service ticket resolution, and space utilization.Maintain comprehensive documentation for policies, procedures, and operational workflows.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).35 years of experience in facility management, operations, or workplace planning.Proficiency in AutoCAD (required for updating floor plans).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess space utilization and operational efficiency.Experience with GSA regulations, federal facility operations, or government contracting is a plus.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe tools.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility management challenges.Work Environment & ExpectationsFull-time, on-site position with standard office hours (Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM).Flexibility to support occasional after-hours events, maintenance, or emergency facility needs.Must be telework-ready in case of situational remote work requirements.Compliance with all relevant security, safety, and facility regulations.Why Join CULTIVA?Work with a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence and workplace efficiency.Collaborate with top-tier professionals in facility management, business process improvement, and government consulting.Engage in projects that make a measurable impact on workplace optimization and organizational productivity.
