We are looking for a sales person to help us buy more houses! In this role you will be the face of Flagship REI for our direct to seller sales & marketing engine. You will be responsible for working warm leads & drumming up new leads through direct to seller outbound marketing tasks (cold calling, texting, emailing, etc). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the real estate investment industry and is highly competitive by nature.Master Flagship REI Sales ProcessDaily/Weekly sales training sessions to become en expert on our internal sales processOutbound MarketingCreate & execute cold calling and text blasting campaigns to find new property leadsFollow up with past clients for testimonials to add to website.Manage Flagship REI CRMConnect with newly generated leads & lead them through the sales process from initial contact to property offer to closing.Consistent follow up with active leads in our pipeline to include phone calls, text messages, and emails. Keep notes on each contact as appropriate.Manage CRM pipelines to keep sales pipeline clean and functional. Move properties through our sales pipeline into rehab pipeline as appropriate.Clear all CRM tasks dailyLead GenerationGather new pre-foreclosure leads from our target markets weekly from online classified ads, skip trace homeowner, & make calls/texts to generate leads.Monitor Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc daily for new potential property leads.Monitor Zillow/Realtor.com weekly for new FSBO leads that we can target.Monitor real estate investment specific social media groups for new leads/deals we can go after. Create social media posts in these groups to let members know who we are and what we are looking for to generate property leads.Disposition:Research & find new buyer clients to purchase our investment dealsManage disposition of properties to our investment buyer clientsPrivate Lending:Help owner find and connect with individual private lenders to help grow the business.
