Responsibilities:Answer, manage and track reports to the immigration hotlineMonitor and verify reports of immigration enforcement actionsMaintain communication with impacted communities to relay important information and updatesAssist individuals in accessing legal and direct servicesCollaborate with local organizations to ensure comprehensive supportMaintain an up-to-date list of direct service providers in each countyHelp coordinate Know Your Rights trainings across the regionsPrepare and distribute educational materials to community membersParticipate in special projects and events as neededSupport other organizational activities to advance immigrant justice Requirements:Demonstrated commitment to immigrant rights and social justiceExperience in organizing, advocacy or social work preferredKnowledge of resources and services available to support the immigrant communityAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHave access to a carBe able to work from an office and in the community, with occasional evening and weekend activitiesFluent in English and Spanish is requiredBenefits (for qualifying employees):Unlimited self-care time offEmployer-sponsored health insuranceIRA match Housing stipendOther benefitsThe starting salary will be based on experience.
