Hiring Individual Giving Officer at Fair Food Network, San Francisco
Develop and manage a program of donor engagement events and other activities, including site visits, small educational events and salons, and 1-2 larger annual events tied to key programmatic activities or communications priorities.
Grow and manage a portfolio of mid-level and major individual donors, including conducting in-person meetings as needed
Create and execute on annual plans for key major donors and major donor prospects
Provide donor prep, research and/or background information to other key staff as needed to facilitate donor cultivation and engagement
Collaborate with colleagues on development of donor engagement communications materials
Establish expert knowledge of FFNs mission, program activity, and our niche within our field and be able to effectively communicate the organizations work to potential donors and partners
Work closely with the Development team to track, monitor, report and evaluate activities to ensure that the fundraising goals are being achieved
Other duties as appropriate.
