Job SummaryAs a member of the inventory department, you will be responsible for receiving orders, assisting with organization/maintenance of inventory storage areas, and maintaining healthy inventory levels for all six of our departments including Restaurant, Juice Bar, Housekeeping/Laundry, Locker Rooms, Office Supplies, and Spa Department. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the smooth functioning of the inventory department and help meet the companys operational goals.General Accountabilities:Assist with the receiving of incoming inventory orders and verify accuracy and condition of incoming ordersMaintain an orderly and organized inventory storage area with optimized space for efficiency Provide support to Inventory Team, and other attendants as neededReceiving shipments and transfer them to their respective departmentsEnsure accurate tracking of all items received and issuedMake sure inventory is distributed to the right areasPhysically drive and retrieve inventory from select vendorsHelp maintain inventory system and keep track of off-site products in storage Job QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous experience in inventory, logistics or a related field is a plusAvailable to accommodate last-minute shift changes, is a plusSkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesDependability to be punctual for work shifts, meetings, and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift and move inventory items as neededProblem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerReliability to consistently perform tasks and duties as expected without constant supervisionCompetenciesProblem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Develops solutions; Uses reason.Oral Communication – Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions; Demonstrates presentation skills with clients; Participates in meetings.Ability to understand job duties and work assignments.
