Business Acumen: Understands the business impact of architectural decisions and designs systems that align with the strategic goals of the organization.Ability to count.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & ArchitectureLead the design and planning of IT solutions for clients, focusing on business platforms, as well as cloud, hybrid, and on-prem infrastructure.Develop technical roadmaps aligned with F1-Networks’ IT strategy consulting framework.Ensure supportability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness in all solution designs.Oversee IT assessments, gap analyses, and architecture reviews to identify improvement opportunities.Consulting & Client EngagementWork directly with executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers to align technology with business priorities.Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing guidance on infrastructure, security, and IT modernization strategies.Present solution recommendations and business cases to clients in clear, non-technical language when necessary.Collaboration & ExecutionCollaborate with NOC, SOC, and FIT teams to ensure solution viability and smooth implementation.Provide high-level guidance to service delivery teams executing IT strategies.Support IT budget planning by working with the IT Business Partner on cost modeling and projections.Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and integration for client solutions.Governance & ComplianceEnsure IT solutions comply with industry standard practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to F1’s IT asset and services intelligence program and help clients maintain proper documentation for ongoing governance. Key Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience5+ years in IT architecture, solution design, or infrastructure engineering roles.Proven experience in designing cloud, hybrid, and on-prem solutions.Strong background in networking, security, virtualization, and IT operations.Understanding of ERP, Data Warehousing, information mining from data lakesAbility to translate business needs into technology solutions in plain business speak with technical precision.Experience working in a consulting or MSP environment preferred.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CISM, or CCSP (Security-focused certifications)ITIL, TOGAF, or similar enterprise architecture frameworksAWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect
