Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time VLN/RN to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients undergoing Ketamine Infusions, Spravato sessions and TMS treatment. This role involves ensuring safe administration of treatments, close monitoring of patients, and timely documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring expertise in managing high-quality infusion services.Key Responsibilities:Administer Ketamine Infusions and manage Spravato sessions in a safe, supportive environment.Conduct TMS sessions.Monitor patients throughout treatment, ensuring any adverse reactions or concerns are addressed immediately.Accurately document patient information, infusion details, and session progress within 24 hours of the procedure.Provide emotional support to patients before, during, and after the infusion process.Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Respond efficiently to emergency situations or changes in patient condition.Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and protocols.Qualifications:Current VLN/RN licensure with a valid CA Nursing License.Prior experience in ketamine infusion and Spravato administration is highly preferred.Strong understanding of infusion therapies and psychiatric medications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients through potentially challenging treatments.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Exceptional attention to detail, especially in clinical documentation.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.Flexible availability to accommodate scheduling needs, including weekends and evenings if necessary.Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11am-7pm in our Santa Monica office.
