I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join my administrative team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing information within the office
  • Maintaining and updating filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with the preparation of correspondence and pleadings
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and act as a liaison between clients and law firm staff

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative or legal assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
